      Pros

      Some nice people who still produce good work. Interesting client mix.

      Cons

      Management can't accept criticism and will go out of their way to block it. Some bad hires lately who have upset the culture that and that has produced a division in the company. Tension abounds. Quality people are looking to escape.

      Two Nil – Is really TOO NIL. One Star is TOO much. NO STARS is what the company deserves.

      Mixed cross-section of clients. . Some friendly and helpful employees.

      Cons

      Culture is becoming significantly more stifling and very autocratic. Senior executives are curt and extremely rude to staff. We are not able to attract good talent any more. Management abuse has become legend outside the company now as much as it is pervasive inside. Top management has a persecution complex and blocks legitimate criticism. . Rumor trumps fact. Credibility is gone. The business overall is fragmenting quickly. Employees are very uncertain about direction and the future. Staff are quitting even without jobs to go to.
