CTO and Engeneering Team Leadership - no consistency in thought process. Adhoc changes. Non productive daily meetings with the CTO Non collaborative environment Constant threats to job security and public humiliationd A weak second tier leadship (no one holds the CTO accountable or questions him or protect tyeir team members) A lot of exits recently More talk and less execution

Pros

Lot of knowledge you gain working at here. There is lot of learning curve during initial stage.

Cons

Too much politics by old employees. These employees have created dependencies on themselves and they do allow anyone to take over.In short you cannot grow here. Learn and leave. Management creates hostile environment. They threatens employees. Learning comes at the cost of mental pressure. It is not worth working here

1. Too much micro management 2. The management team has no knowledge, they know only how to give free speeches. 3. The old employees play too much politics and don't allow anyone new to grow.
