Pros

Approachable leadership, safe space, people are helpful & responsive; A big fan of the COO - leads by example and super supportive; Remote work and flexibility; Employees are trusted, respected and own their roles; Team members are friendly and respectful (well, mostly); Amazing benefits - unlimited leave, mental health support, coaching support, health insurance.

Cons

too many cooks; frequent changes; no increments; too technical; no enablement for sales/ non technical roles. role & its scope is not defined, those who talk more get recognised, sometimes the focus is more on showing who is working, than actually working.
