For a company thats all about INTEGRITY when I gave my notice i was badmouthed to manager and keyholder..nothing we were told when the manager and myself (assistant manager) when we were hired came about...time off, bonus etc. no training, would not recommend" ((in 7 reviews)); "no training was given to me" ((in 4 reviews)); "Long hours, "call ins" which make you come in within 2 hours of being called." Freedom to change up your store They really want you to run it like your own company District managers and regional managers are open door and really listen to your ideas.

Cons

Like any retail job you have to work holidays and weekends but as a store manager you get certain perks around the holidays and usually get Christmas Eve and New year's Eve off.
