      Pros

      Learning environment. Supportive team. Career development and study is encouraged by leadership. Put simply, it's a wonderful place to work. The flat hierarchy promotes rapid decision-making, high employee autonomy, and direct yet respectful professional communication. It's always all hands on deck no matter how menial the task may be. Experience or age of a team member doesn't matter in this work place. Everyone is treated equally and respectfully.
