I have been working at UBS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

UBS as a company appears to treat their employees ever-so-slightly better than the other big financial companies you may consider working for, if you're considering UBS. As companies wise up to the idea that retention is better than throwing new bodies at the problem, UBS is already positioned to be the leader in financial orgs.

    Cons

Can see some bureaucracy, and teams can operate in silos. You will never be given things, you have to ask.
