Pros

Hybrid working environment NTUC voucher

Cons

- Dont expect fairness and appreciation from manager - Toxic environment (care ownself, no supportive) - Employee treated based on favouritism. - Bad HR - Tons of redundant meetings. - Expect you to work during holiday, weekend and vacation. - Manager draw conclusion without understanding the issue, causing misunderstanding and conflict between people. - Will end up getting the blame, even though the issue wasn’t your fault, and even after have explained the situation to the manager, they still point the finger and gaslight. - No respect to employee. - No career progressions. - Location is far. - Have outside work commitment and was mutually agreed, however management went back on their words. - no buddy system
