      It's a great company, employees are recognized by their efforts, there are incentives and bonuses based on performance, the team and managers are highly open to suggestions and feedback.

      Cons

      Depending on your role, you'll handle too many customers, and be evolved in too much interaction, which is not a con, but can be a little bit overwhelming.
