      Overworked with no raise in sight!

      Pros

      Stable work Clean Environment Non-management employees are hard working.

      Cons

      Raises are non-existent Fairness among divisions is non-existent Human Resources is a joke who doesn't help with problems. Constantly more responsibility without pay increases

      Pros

      Extremely talented, hardworking employees with years of experience.

      Cons

      Under former CEO John Walsh, the company cared about the employees at its subsidiaries. Now, it cares only about profits and pleasing shareholders. Has shifted to be extremely top heavy while laying off the people who get the job done and actually know what they are doing. Transition to centralized structure was done poorly and has created highly toxic work environments within the subsidiaries.
