Pros

Great people, amazing flexible with schedules, promote from within, work from home from time to time, very stress free environment, international company. Some reviews mention the company does not promote from within but that is completely untrue. From what I have seen, if at all possible, management strives to fill positions by promoting current employees.

Cons

Pay is way below national average. Company is on an extremely tight budget and it is very noticable in how cheap they can be. Communication can be slow between international offices. Sometimes responsibilities are dumped on a person who is already overloaded if someone leaves the company.

Pros

Decent job while attending University. Good experience for those with little to no experience with servers/tech support.

Cons

Pay is below average. 24/7 service means getting common holidays off can be a pain. Little to no advancement opportunities internally. They do not invest in employee training, resulting in new employees being faced with heavy workloads with little to no training. Rather than address the issue, they seem content to just churn through the seemingly endless supply of students from the local University.

Pros

UK2 Group does an excellent job at adjusting to the ever-changing market. This allows for them to stay competitive and grow as a company.

Cons

Pay is below national average in almost every position for the US location. That being said, the US location is in an area where cost of living is also below the national average, so it's not a major deterring factor.
