      Great products, poor management, but I still like it.

      Pros

      Great products, with a good reputation in the industry. Good team work, with a lot of friendly-minded people throughout the ranks.

      Cons

      Management can be pretty bad. Tries to apply the procedures and red tape of a large firm, without being one = becomes less agile. Benefits are limited to strictly legal stuff, for the most part.

      Pros

      This company gives you 4 weeks vacation and pays for ALL of your medical.

      Cons

      Rather than fix an issue and resolve a customer concern, the people in my office would rather spend the initial time pointing the finger to play the blame game.... then help the customer. Don't forget about lowballing on pay.
