It is always hard to find a group of people who share the same values but UMATR has definitely done that. - High performing individuals who really celebrate success together - Financial backing to host events, get involved in the communities and do recruitment your way - Training and support provided by everyone, people will make time to support each other - Constantly evolving and finding the best ways to work, happy to try things and see if its successful. - Empowered to work your way with all the tools you require to be successful
Cons
- It's a scaling environment and not for everyone, if you are happy to do the minimum then you will struggle here. You are surrounded by the best and that will 10X you if you want to be on the journey. - Office isn't the best right now but moving to an incredible new space in the coming months.
