A Smoke and Mirrors network scheme. All hype and with little to no real assets.

Pros
There were a lot of good people who worked hard trying to make the organization grow. But, most did not have the talent to go toe to toe with the traditional carriers.
Cons
Leadership lacked the skills to grow the business in a highly competitive industry. The company was too small to have a personal growth plan and for the most part, titles were handed out as ego plays among the management investors.
