Pros
Good engineering mood. People all get along and motivate each other on the engineering team. The business team is also very competent, and shares knowledge through lunch and learn's that is super valuable.
Cons
Sometimes, the culture is a little too corporate-ey, luckily people at this company raise issues when they arise and they usually enventually get fixed

Pros
Fantastic team with a very strong culture, and by that I mean everybody likes each other, respects each other and works in a very cool way together. The amount of challenge that we face (in engineering, which is where I know best) is insane, and the fact that we work with lots of cutting edge open source, to which we contribute, is also awesome. It's the kind of company that gets you psyched to go to work in the morning.
Cons
I really don't have a lot of things to say here. Maybe I haven't worked here long enough.
