Best reason to work here would be to waste valuable time growing at a real company.

Cons

One challenge of working here is getting through your day without hearing one of the of the dumbest things to ever spill out of a human's mouth. Every time you think it can't get any more idiotic they lower the bar again. With stupidity comes anger and these people are no exception. Two words sum up the employees here, especially team leads: 1) Idiocy 2) Animosity

They don’t have any problems with asking You to go out and spend Your hard earned money to complete work orders that require Your professional skills to to complete.

Cons

They Will Refuse to share the necessary information You need in regards to the Payments that need to be rendered to My Company or any Company.

Will learn a lot of the construction industry quickly, and learn how to manage clients at a fast paced level.

Cons

Management has zero formal training including HR, you will be asked to perform outside of your responsibilities and not be composited for it.
