No bonuses offered for low idle, safe driving, or other driving acheivments. Appearantly they are working on this though.

Dedicted lines promise 950 weekly but thats a lie honestly in two months of the dedicated lines i never cleared 950 gross let alone take home. My truck broke down they blamed me even though i complained for two months. While broke down i sat for five days they paid me for one day brakedown pay. I ask for mike they give me a run for 250miles and say im working on it but nothing gets done. They have drivertechs that take time or add time as it pleases. The fleet managers and owner dont care about the driver they left me in a broken truck with no ac or electric and went home. They had me pick up a broken truck to replace that. I talked to the Shippensburg equipment cordinater to finally get a new truck. Since getting the new truck they refuse to give me miles. The otr is worse than the dedicated i have never cleared 600 gross pay.
