Where do i begin..Usg east chicago plant is the worst..in board and jt deparments they hire all LAZY PEOPLE and they do nothing at work for 12 hours.but they try to use the hell out of people who do try to come to work n work. they equipment is old n breaks down all day. Everyday they have the same problems or new ones.makes a 12hour day so hard..they dont care at all..mangement sucks..Hr doesnt care.the formen sit in the office all day on facebook n craiglist. instead of getting the lazy ppl to work.the current supervisor is scary..Sacred of his employees the ppl who dont be working or doing anything all day he dont say anything to them but constatly tells the good workers to do everything..the department manager doesnt care either he runs several departments so he doesnt have time..no life to work balance.then you are told you have to work on a day you was off at the last minute..they pay should be higher to work here considering the equipment is out of date and breaks down all day long..everyone is scared to speak up if you do your a target..i would not try to get anyone to work here. WORST PLACE TO WORK..they treat ppl terrible.they dont train u properly they use to now training is relieving someone for break .something goes wrong that person doesnt even know what too do. they have their favorites..all the ppl who are lazy. i see why ppl who been here 10yrs or more come in and say they quit..this company needs to be fair n hire better ppl also if you are late all the time you wont get fired until you have been late about 30 times they dont stick to the policy. They dont listen to you and they dont care about you bottom line.
