Pros
This place of employment rally cares for their employees, and are willing to put in the work to dismantle white supremist work structures. I am impressed with the organization's values and the work they poor into their communities.
Cons
The pay could be better for the emotionally taxing work that comes with the job titles, but as a nonprofit, money is hard to come by with grants and such.
