      Pros

      Great people. Flexible and supportive environment. Good pay and culture. Very good company if you are looking to work on a consumer-focused tech product. Excellent place to hone your skills, expand your expertise and gain invaluable experience.

      Cons

      Start-ups can be very challenging. Finding product-market fit is not for the faint of heart. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to move quickly and adapt.

      Excellent execution, not enough planning

      Pros

      This company is ambitious and vigorous! People are decisive, action-oriented, and collaborative. We care about our customers, our product, and each other. Appreciation is part of daily life, even from the top: Every week, we give each other shoutouts and our CEO reads them out loud at our all hands. I'm often blown away by what people are able to accomplish in a short time.

      Cons

      Our mission is clear and our timeline is incredibly ambitious, but our strategy is in flux. As a result, we are trying to do everything now! Everyone is doing as much as they can with what information they have, and because we're a startup, we all have leeway to do a lot... This leads to toe-stepping AND important things falling through the cracks, which means a lot of backtracking. Adaptability is a prized skill in an environment like this.
