      (In order of importance) Straight-talking CEO CEO that allows decision making by upper management (unlike the prior CEO) Decent salary Decent benefits Flexi-Fridays Ice Cream Thursdays

      Cons

      (in order of importance) no raises again this year (but bonuses were given) Lots of work for remaining workforce no more Flyers tickets (bummer)

      It WAS a good place to work!

      Pros

      During the Telecom boom (1999 - 2004) it was a great place to work. Great products, fantastic Customer Service, the company was growing and it had a bright future.

      Cons

      When the Telecom market went down, Ulticom could not manage to adapt to the new market rules and market requiremetns. It kept doing the same things expecting different results.
