Pros

In my short tenure at UA I have been pleasantly surprised by the way the business is run. The Leadership is hands on but do not believe in micro management. The team is highly professional and really know what they are doing. Consultants are encouraged to take ownership of their vertical and sector and are expected to be out of the office meeting candidates and clients alike.

Cons

At this stage, my experience is highly positive.

Pros

The heritage of the business is Digital Recruitment, lead from the front by the co-Founders. A boutique agency with impressive processes and a client service approach that would rival an Enterprise-level business. Nowhere to hide around performance, but also a very very fun, open and supportive leadership team that truly wants people to maximise their potential. From competitive sports to bake-off challenges, the extra-curricular activities are always fresh.

Cons

My healthcare doesn't cover a full face transplant so I am stuck with this one.

The founders have created a collaborative and strong work culture where offices across the globe are engaging each other to create a global footprint. Consultants are given a strong industry training to be able to establish credibility amongst the clients and candidates and create a strong trust when dealing with both. The leadership and management are always accessible and do their best to support the consultants in the best way they can.

Cons

UA has a strong potential to become an undisputed recruitment business across Digital Media and Advertising which can be accomplished even better by being more aggressive on growth and expansion.
