The job was very flexible and the manager cared.

Cons

No one is held accountable. Very difficult to earn commission. No one in upper management cares about the company. Only a matter of time before all the stores are closed.

Pros

There was free bed and sunless tanning. Also great discount. Free samples. Commission was okay too. A lot of locations around chicago.

Cons

The management was so awful. Everyone was treated poorly. No one cared about your success. There wasn’t any free parking. Long hours.
