Some nice, friendly people. Good office location, in a quiet cul-de-sac near a park, shopping and cafes. Convenient if you live in West London
Cons
Very low salaries for most staff. Lots of nepotism and inconsistency. No respect for work life balance (the MD used to turn up at the office at 6:30pm or later, and anyone who'd already gone home would get told off the following day for "not working hard enough.")
