      - Very kind and supportive colleagues - Modern tech stack usage - Decent working hours - Opportunities to explore new technology - New ideas are always welcomed

      Cons

      - Very dull office culture - Management doesn't care much about employees and their mental health - Even though tech stack is modern, Employees get to do the same repetitive task everyday and no changes are made for years, Hence learning is compromised. - Too much work load sometimes. - No hybrid model - Lack of fun activities and employee engagement programs.
