Extremely poor leadership that's not transparent with the rest of the organization. It translates into creating a company that has bad culture & values. Smart individuals are not enabled to be successful yet leaderships sets very unattainable/unrealistic metrics which are impossible to be met given the resources provided to do your job. If you are a woman, be prepared to be dismissed most of the time. This company does not respect women as it does men (and this is coming from a guy) which is very unfortunate.

Technical leadership does not necessarily mean good business acumen. Misaligned business strategy is cyclical with failed go to market plans. Employee's should take caution and ask how often, how many layoffs, and how many people have had prior position. The most difficult part of the job will be convincing Sr. leaders to listen to a sound plan, decisions are made on the fly without consultation.
