      Toxic management and unfair treatment of employees

      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Management threatens employees by publicly firing employees infront of everyone. Management on trend never fires the expats, only the local creatives. Company is ran by politics and gossips. Management to client relationships are questionable. Previous employees were unfairly dismissed due to gossips and rumours. HR does not take action to do investigation but to just get rid of the problem as soon as possible and find new talent.

      Salary is fair, location is good.

      Cons

      Bad Company culture. Should be the worse company I have ever been in my life. Colleagues and politics, racist.
