There seems to be little genuine interest from local management when it comes to employees’ well-being, especially mental health. Support and empathy are often missing, leaving staff to cope on their own. It’s also quite clear that favouritism tends to outweigh fairness — no matter the effort or contribution, certain individuals are consistently prioritised. This creates a discouraging environment where morale and trust gradually fade.
