      35 hour work week. Ok location

      Cons

      This place is a dump. Bathrooms are disgustingly filthy. Building is unkempt. Renovation, interior design is desperately needed. Employees match the office. Everyone including management looks like they just rolled out of bed....... The work.....BAD MANAGEMENT, rules are all over the place. No one does anything....please check out the absurd number of complaints with the BBB before taking a policy or considering work here.

      Benefits: health & dental insurance, 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick/personal days

      Cons

      Such a disorganized place, things don't get done correctly, bad management & they really don't care about their employees. The whole culture of the company is to give you minimum of everything. Not a pleasant work environment. I've only been with the company for a short period of time and I've begun searching for another job.

      Pros

      Only pros are: health and dental insurance, paid vacation and paid time off. Nothing else. And you can get those benefits in many places.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. No training. Extremely unorganized. Management and CEO do not care about employees or customers. Building is filthy. No matter how hard you work, you will never be appreciated. They don't pay employees well.
