Pros
Nice people to work with. No corporative standards, you can choose pace you like to work. Professional growth can be a valid task to work on. Opportunity to train senior-level skills. Close contact to clients. Easy-to-pass interview. Opportunity to fast career growth.
Cons
Salary is scaled only by skill growth, high management doesn't know about inflation and salary indexation. Well, prices for clients ARE considering inflation, while salaries are not. No corporative standards, code is not organized. Employies starved company, you are expected to self-educate, no mentoring. Only most basic govermental insuranse. Awful time registering system. Everything was pulled by one teamlead. Without him, company is struggling.
