When you get employed by them they will recruit you and tell you that its mandatory that you go on all the review sites and rate them as high as you can so that they dont have such a bad review score.
Cons
Those false reviews won't help because this company still is, and will continue to be hot garbage.
They will cut your pay at any moment and not give you the bonus you deserve, they will say that the bonus is based on metrics that you control but in reality you have no control. This job requires you to drive all over the place for low pay and it will ruin your car. They say you can make up to 50,000 a year but in reality its more like 25,000 and that's before taxes.
You get to work on your own and work at your own pace. The other technicians are friendly and reliable to ask to for help. I gained experience to use for myself in the future.
Cons
The jobs given are inconsistent. Sometimes you get a full day of work sometimes you go days without getting a job. You don’t get reimbursed for gas mileage. The pay was bad and actually every one got a pay cut recently which didn’t help. Sometimes you have to drive up to an hour and a half for a job for the same pay as a job down the street. There was no pay for training and the training was not thorough at all. Not even two full days of training.
