Fast pace environment, friendly upper management & I get to help anxious people and make them sound again.
Cons
For the work done, the pay is horrible, the training is bad and the systems are old.

- Good vacation benefits - Somewhat flexible in getting work you want to do - Masters degree paid for
Cons
- Many people just move work around to avoid having to do it - Slow pace - Very bureaucratic - Leadership and management isn't interested in making forward looking investments in digital technology. They view it as a reactive measure where something should only be fixed or updated after an issue has arisen - Other parts of the company, like ops or engineering, treats digital technology as contractors instead of partners
