Where to start...?
This is an incredibly high stress company, and it doesn't have to be. I've never seen such a disorganized company in all of my days, and nobody wants to listen when you try to make suggestions on how to improve it.
Management has no interest in hearing anyone's opinions on anything that wasn't their idea. If you do have a good idea, someone else will reject it, then steal it and present it as their own, leaving you in the gutter.
The most recent software rollout was an absolute catastrophe and nobody will admit it. It's causing rampant problems on people's computers, yet customers are told to do things that really aren't fixes in order to buy time to find an actual solution.
The Windows version of the software is completely broken, yet the blame falls on Microsoft, and nobody at the company addresses the real problems in the software.
There is pretty much no chance to advance in the company, they don't help people develop a career path at all, and just hire external people to fill positions that lower people are qualified for.
The company can't decide if they want to be an audio company, or a software company, so they pay like an audio company, hire people from software companies, then expect them to take the 30-50% pay cut and smile because of the name on the door.
Some of the people making decisions there definitely shouldn't even be working there, let alone be in charge of anything meaningful.
You will work way more than you're paid for if you're salaried, and will be working a lot of mandatory overtime if you're hourly.
