Pros

Salary is credited on time. There are opportunities to learn and take ownership, especially in the beginning.

Cons

Washrooms are poorly maintained. The founder has visible anger issues, which creates a tense work environment. Unrealistic expectations are common—often without proper support or resources. The company is heavily understaffed, leading to constant pressure and overwork. Despite complaints about higher management, no action is taken. The founder has openly mentioned that employees should work 9 AM to 9 PM and on weekends, which makes work-life balance nearly impossible.

Cons

**Review: Unstop** I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with Unstop, a company that, in my experience, lacks fundamental considerations for its employees' well-being and professional growth. After careful consideration, I urge individuals to reconsider any prospects of employment with this organization. **Human Resource Ineffectiveness:** Unstop demonstrates a startling lack of investment in its human resources. The absence of a supportive and empowering HR department undermines employee development and welfare. Employees are left adrift without adequate support systems, hindering their potential for growth within the company. **Inadequate Office Location:** The office location chosen by Unstop is undoubtedly unsatisfactory. It fails to meet the basic standards of accessibility, convenience, and overall work environment quality. This subpar location only exacerbates the challenges faced by employees, adding unnecessary stress to their professional lives. **Lack of Hybrid Setup:** In an era where flexibility and adaptability are valued, Unstop's refusal to adopt a hybrid work setup is perplexing and regressive. The absence of such a setup reflects a disregard for employee preferences, work-life balance, and modern work practices. In conclusion, based on my experiences and observations, I strongly advise against seeking employment with Unstop. The company's evident shortcomings in human resource management, office location, and adaptation to contemporary work models paint a bleak picture for prospective employees. It is my sincere recommendation to explore opportunities elsewhere, where your talents and contributions will be recognized and valued appropriately.

Great learning opportunities for interns, but favoritism prevails

Pros

Good for interns, so much for learning for them. Or for people who I starting their career. And somehow ability to be in the favourism of some known head persons there.

Cons

Not for the experienced persons. So much favourism. And if you hired for X position or work you will definately do Y things there, and got judged on that.
