      Pros

      It's possible to practice home-office 80% of the working time and the dogs are allowed in the office. Company organizes nice team events one-two times a year. There are offices in Berlin, Hamburg, München, Heidelberg, Wien, Luxemburg, so theoretically it's possible to relocate to another city and to work from there.

      Cons

      Many IT managers are practicing overtime and they are expecting the same from their subordinates. So the work-life balance isn't really good. Quite some colleagues felt exhausted.

      there is potential for learning, perks are good, international env.

      currently market is saturated and competition is heated up, which shows alot of hiring and firing totally unexpected

      Pros

      Home Office 4 days a week.

      Cons

      No clear goals. C-Level always changing. C-Level has no knowledge about how the company works. No benefits only salary. Salary is way under the market. Company under constant review and audit by the regulators.
