- Flexible hours, you can choose how many students you wish to mentor - Ongoing improvement of internal processes and tools - Tons of materials to help the mentor prepare for their sessions and handle communication with the students and parents - Working with motivated students is such a nice personal fulfillment

Cons

- Since things and people are changing frequently, it's hard to keep up with new policies and to know who to contact in case you need help - Compensation does not always reflect the extra work we put in as mentors (emails, feedback to students)
