      Where Leadership Hubris Outshines Product Value

      Pros

      how such an easy concept company have so many problems with employees, leadership have a high ego with such a dumpcrap of a product.

      Cons

      Despite the simplicity of the business model, the organization is bogged down by leadership hubris. They are treating a mediocre product like a revolutionary breakthrough, creating a friction-filled environment where the staff has to deal with the fallout of executive ego.
