Dying place for people who are content with petty pay check and no career advancement
Pros
1. At least they still pay out the low salaries. 2. If you are selfish & lazy you can easily claim credit for others' work. Good practise grounds for being a crook if that's your aspiration.
Cons
1. Smart people don't hang out there - don't expect finding mentors. Management does not think of you as a person - you are just a number. 2. The takeaway from this company is very limited. If you have any ambition at all it's not a place for you 3. People there are not able to handle confrontation. They would rather choose gossiping 4. They are not even able to fire uncapable people as you can claim sales that drop from the sky - explains why SOME people stay there long - just make sure to get right markets. So if you expect to develop your sales skills - that's not fhe place to be.
