      Dishonest company. Professionals normally gets pay rises but decrease payment is the first time I be heard about.

      Pros

      Flexible time and good reputation as they have good therapists that’s why they have a large number of costumers( probably not for too long )

      Cons

      They lie on their website saying they get 30% comission when they suddenly decided to take 45% . Therapists basically work there for a few pounds if you consider all the costs therapists have to complete work .

      The recent reduction in rates of pay is exploitative. Management have not considered the cost for the therapists, not only do we have operational costs, we have to invest in our education and invest in our health so that can can practice. There was no consultation, and no consideration for those who actually deliver the service. Even though you can cancel bookings, the app discourages you from doing so and charges can be incurred. On a few occasions this has landed me in situations that I wanted to avoid. Management need to consider that therapists may cancel for their own safety! The app is horrendous and doesn't consider traffic, I've been late a number of times due to the app promising a booking that I couldn't not possibly make.

      Pay cut during a cost of living crisis only paying therapists £44ph weekdaysand £47ph weekends after 7pm App hasnt been working for 3 days meaning lost revenue Really bad communication with pros
