      Pros

      Great opportunity to do positive environmental work; good people and friendly workplace atmosphere with excellent life-work balance. The business concept is well-framed. USAGAIN has the ability to be a good company if it can learn to nurture people and the brand.

      Cons

      Legacy of poor customer service & blaming workers instead of management's lack of strategic process; poor insight into markets along with unwillingness to face off competitors make this working for this company challenging & unrewarding.

      Pros

      USAgain is an interesting place to work - it's a small company but it is spread out over a 12 cities. They definitely hire a lot of smart, hardworking people, and it is a good place to build new skills. There's also a good amount of employee appreciation events, like catered lunch and outings.

      Cons

      USAgain was a good place to work for a while, but it eventually grew stale. One possible reason for this: I didn't receive a yearly review, and after I asked for a raise, I was basically denied (even though my workload had increased). Also, the time-off package is downright awful. There also seemed to be quite a bit of micromanagement in some departments... not something I encountered directly, but others complained about it.

      Pros

      No Pros - basically asking people to put donation bins on their property for free so the company can collect clothes and send overseas and make money.

      Cons

      Feels deceitful to the property owner and the public. Cult
