The amount of smart people per square meter is very high, therefore a lot of opportunity for learning and growth, not just on a proffesional level but on a personal too. A data driven culture which constantly pushing towards experimentation, learning by doing, finding innovative solutions and thinking big. People are constantly organize a lot fun activities like hiking, parties, bouldering, cooking, singing and the list goes on and on. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome. And of course very cool product which will shape the future of how we use software.

Userlane is the best place I have ever worked due to a multitude of reasons: - Team environment is incredibly welcoming and fun to be in - Vision, Mission and Product are all in sync, creating something truly special - Technology used within the development team is always the latest tech. - Given the opportunity to fail fast and nurture ideas. If you have an idea, and want the explore it, then you're welcome to do so. And you can then share your results with the team and drive the product forward. - A wide range of different technologies used in varying parts of the product allowing for a wide range of knowledge to gained and shared throughout the team. - Team events! - Development team open to criticism and giving everyone a voice, with no blame culture. - Everyone encouraged to share knowledge and raise each other up and lots of opportunity to do so.
