Pros

Very nice people. You can elect yourself to fill any role or need in the company. Industry and people you work with are for the most part very nice and easy to do business with.

Cons

The product severely lacks behind industry standard, and there does not seem to be much progress on that front. UT has 80+ million in funding, meanwhile Userlytics has never taken a cent, defiantly an uphill battle.

Pros

Userlytics is a fast-growing company with a strong focus on UX, research, and innovation. The team is collaborative, international, and genuinely passionate about what they do. There’s a lot of trust given to employees, room to take ownership, and freedom to test new ideas. Leadership is approachable, and cross-team collaboration (especially between marketing, product, and design) is encouraged. It’s a great environment if you enjoy autonomy and want to make a visible impact.
