Pros
Across the company everyone is really genuine. People work well together, and are all working hard to push the company forward. I'm most impressed by the trust and respect people give and receive at every level. It's a good place to work and (I believe) has a bright future.
Cons
Like many early stage startups, things can get a little messy sometimes. Immediate priorities shift a bit (though, on the positive side, the bigger goals are stable). The move to remote work due to covid—like many places—was abrupt and not always smooth.

- Talented and friendliest team of people I've ever worked with - Everything you do matters - Very meritocratic - No politics - Business case is solid
Cons
- Early stage startup so priorities shift constantly - Expect being thrown into the deep end to some degree - Moving super fast can lead to some gnarly tech debt which is in the process of being repaid
