Pros

I urge fellow Filipino VAs to think twice before considering any engagement with Jeff J. Hunter or his team. The promises of remote work and growth opportunities are merely empty words. The reality is a disheartening cycle of overwork, low compensation, and a complete lack of respect for our contributions. It's time to shed light on this exploitation and demand fair treatment for Filipino VAs. We deserve better than being treated as modern slaves, working tirelessly for pennies while others profit from our hard work. Jeff J. Hunter's practices need to be exposed, and it's essential that we stand up against such injustice in the virtual working world.

Cons

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience working as a Filipino Virtual Assistant (VA) under Jeff J. Hunter. While initially excited about the prospect of working remotely for an international client, my time with his team has been nothing short of a nightmare. Jeff J. Hunter claims to offer opportunities for growth and remote work, but the reality is far from that. The compensation provided to Filipino VAs is shockingly low, completely disregarding the expertise and hard work we bring to the table. Despite the promises of fair pay, what we received was barely enough to cover basic living expenses. Moreover, the work environment feels eerily similar to modern-day slavery. VAs are constantly overworked, often handling tasks far beyond their job descriptions due to the shortage of staff. The workload is overwhelming, leaving us with no time for personal lives or other job opportunities. We are treated as expendable resources, with no consideration for our well-being. The lack of respect and communication from Jeff J. Hunter's team is deeply disheartening. Our concerns and suggestions are brushed aside, and there is no room for growth or advancement. Despite our dedication and hard work, we are treated as replaceable cogs in the machine.

Pros

Gives an opportunity for those who doesn't have a work experience yet.

Cons

• Time-stamp tracker, where you could only take 2 mins to go on a bathroom • Hasn't given the right training, basically when you got a client, you are the one who needs to figure it out • Salary was not fair • Even though we posted a formal resignation notice 2 weeks ahead and it was approved by their management, the CEO is still holding our pay and it looks like he doesn't want to release it. • Poor Work Ethics on the CEO, where leading the public to misinformation and even turned off his comment section, for us not to speak for the truth
