      Leadership operates in an unpredictable, fear-driven manner. Employees are terminated without cause, notice, or performance improvement plans (PIPs), often at the CEO’s discretion. No structure for feedback, development, or employee support—just sudden decisions with real consequences for people’s livelihoods. Morale is consistently low due to the constant fear of being the next target. Culture discourages transparency, trust, or long-term growth. The stress and anxiety this environment creates can have a serious impact on your health and well-being.

      - Poor management - Could be fired for any reason - No Team Structure - No mentoring - No actual benefit even the contract is taking all the benefits from the developer and makes the company control everything
