      Ok company... but be aware they don't know how to run a business

      Pros

      Challenging and interesting work and the work schedule is very flexible due to a good insight on a work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management has no ideas on how to be pro active and get the company in a better financial shape. There is a huge lack of communciation and the favorism of employees is very evident. Don't expect to get any information on how well/badly they are performing - the "open door" policy does not exist!
