many great staff, good vacation package and fair health benefit package

Cons

Upper management - poor leadership low morale, little recognition 40 hour work week with NO flexibility no room for advancement preferential treatment for "favorites" - all others are bench warmers Managers & supervisors lack respect for their employees

Cons

Current VFS President is driving the company to the wrong direction (too old school) and bringing a lot of people from his country, sometimes ignoring US internal talent. The company is losing a lot of good people due his way of managing it.
