      High turnover. No appreciation for the employees

      Pros

      None, they have taken them all away unless you count the work experience as a pro to work for a well paying company in the near future.

      Cons

      Poor management. No appreciation of its employees. Narcissistic dictator. No leadership. No training program. Sub-par pay. No yearly market adjustment to increase pay and stay competitive.

      Pros

      People. They are wonderful and hardworking. They were the reason why the company lasted so long.

      Cons

      As usual, the management and their ego brought the company down to bankruptcy.

      Pros

      Offered decent pay and benefits. There were some really great people to work with outside of QC. Good way to get some GMP experience. Director of QC was extremely nice, but was taken advantage of by subordinates.

      Cons

      Be prepared to time travel back to high school. The lead technicians of QC are truly toxic and exhibit childlike behaviors—working there became an absolute dreadful experience. Gossip, bullying, and manipulation were tolerated by upper management. New, ready-to-learn employees were targeted. The leads of QC have probably cost the company thousands on training, just for them to intentionally push the good employees or “threats” out. It seemed as though their working knowledge of GMP assays was held to a higher standard than fostering a positive work environment. Mistakes were treated as if they were life or death situations.
