      Pros

      VIA Technical is comprised of genuinely hard working and amazing individuals. From the Recruiters to upper Management, they truly care about the well being of those they work with. I gained a wealth of knowledge during my time here and was given all the tools to succeed. Personally could not have asked for a better team to begin my career as a recruiter with.

      Hybrid work schedule is flexible with the level of experience. Super nice people, always helpful and fun to be around. Great options for healthcare coverage. Excellent equipment and office environment.

      Cons

      Must work overtime frequently to meet quotas.
