Pros

First, let me say, the management (in my experience) is above par. I have always had any questions I have had, answered. There is "generally" plenty of work, however that depends on how much work you need. For me, I need a minimum of 50 hours a week, and generally am able to accomplish that. The pay is mid range, with other compensation ie, cell phone reimbursement, meal adjustment, uniform adjustment, accrued sick time, vacation pay, and they offer insurance benefits. Management, generally leaves you alone. If you do your job, they don't micromanage you. The work is Diverse, and they have certain contracts that keep work available. They are "by the book" and have high integrity! It is a pleasant place to work.

Cons

The main Con is their equipment. Half the fleet, are coaches that are 10 years old. Understandably they are paid for, and are revenue generators, however, they stand out when your amongst other companies that have newer and cleaner equipment. The cleaning staff is very "sub par". I do not think the company puts enough focus on the "visual" aspects of our industry. There is another company, that has the cleanest coaches I have seen. There is also not enough attention to making the older coaches, look as presentable as possible with fixing chipped paint or faded areas. The other half of the fleet, is decent. No place is perfect, you have to look at all aspects. I would rather deal with older equipment, and make more money, than newer equipment, and make less, but I do believe, older shabby equipment, costs the company future business. We drivers listen to what customers say about the coaches, and most are not impressed with the older ones.
