This is a fair review, taken from the perspective of one person in the dev stack. We have indeed spent a lot of money on compensation, benefits, training, travel opportunities and the creation of a business infrastructure for the long haul.
We are also now deeply engaged in a company-wide program that we call "Customer First" designed around ensuring that each customer experience with VIAcode is the best possible. Ultimately, though, these are the hallmarks of a company that cares deeply about its FUTURE, often more than its present profits.
In fairness, it is management's job to be attentive to each factor; and that is exactly where we are now. As the Chairman of the Board, I welcome these kinds of comments.
